What We Measure
Every metric comes from your iPhone's TrueDepth camera. Zero subjective inputs. Zero guesswork.
Rep Classification
Every push-up is classified as full, partial, or aborted based on measured depth. A full rep requires your face to reach your calibrated bottom position and return to top. Partials that stop short are counted separately — they never inflate your real numbers.
Eccentric & Concentric Timing
Each rep is split into the lowering phase (eccentric) and the pushing phase (concentric). The app records both durations in milliseconds. You can see how your tempo shifts as fatigue sets in — most people slow their concentric by 30-40% in the final third of a set.
Depth Consistency
Using ARKit face tracking, the app measures your face-to-phone distance at the bottom of each rep. Consistent depth means consistent muscle activation. The app flags reps where you started cutting depth short — a classic sign of approaching failure.
Fatigue Curve
The app plots how your rep tempo changes across a set. Most people hit a "fatigue wall" where speed drops sharply. We detect this inflection point automatically — it tells you exactly when your muscles started failing, not when you decided to stop.
Recovery Model
After each session, a physiological recovery model estimates when your muscles will be ready again. The base is 24 hours, with modifiers for session intensity, total volume, and how close you pushed to failure. No guesswork, no subjective RPE scales — just data.
Volume & Frequency Trends
Your total reps, sessions per week, and volume trends are tracked over time with a 7-session moving average. The app shows raw numbers — no normalizing, no percentages that hide reality. If you did 30 reps on Monday and 45 on Wednesday, the chart shows 30 and 45.
How It Works
No wearables. No sensors. No complicated setup.
Prop Up Your iPhone
Place your phone at arm's length on the ground. That's your entire setup.
Start Your Set
Hit start and get going. ARKit face tracking handles the counting automatically.

Full, partial, and aborted reps — all tracked with timing and quality data.
More Than a Counter
Science-grounded analytics that track what matters — depth, tempo, fatigue, and recovery.
ARKit Face Tracking
Your iPhone's TrueDepth camera measures face-to-phone distance in real time. Each push-up is tracked with sub-centimeter precision — counting full reps, catching partials, and flagging aborted attempts.
- No wearables, bands, or sensors needed
- Eccentric and concentric timing per rep
- Honest tracking — partials don't count as full
What Users Say
Real feedback from real push-up enthusiasts.
"I've tried every push-up app out there. This is the only one that actually counts correctly — and the analytics are insane."
"The recovery timer changed how I train. No more guessing if I'm ready — the app tells me based on real data."
"Love competing in challenges. Being matched with people at my level keeps me pushing without feeling overwhelmed."
